Annie has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. She came to find her passion for Pilates while studying Natural Sciences and Dance at Loyola Marymount University.

Her love for understanding the body and how it moves helped her to complete her Pilates certification through Body Arts and Sciences International with a specialization in Dance in 2010.

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from LMU, Annie began teaching private and semi-private lessons in Los Angeles. Her clientele ranged from professional athletes, to pre and post natal women, to clients with debilitating ailments including spinal injuries. During this time, she also completed a Yoga Teacher Training with Michelle Mazur. It was a certification that specialized in Yoga Therapy, giving Annie an even deeper understanding of how best to address her clients, their needs, and their ailments.

In 2013 she returned to her hometown of Phoenix, Arizona, where she added group reformer classes to her teaching repertoire, expanded her education in pre and post natal training, and started her studio.

Annie passed the Pilates Method Alliance exam and became a member of the PMA in 2015.

She is most known for working with pre and post natal clients, preparing the body for both delivery and recovery. She loves putting a contemporary twist on classical pilates, making her sessions fluid, fun, and challenging; but available for all levels.

Annie is currently running her studio in Phoenix teaching Private and Semi-Private lessons. She also teaches master classes and workshops and guest teaches at teacher trainings all over the world.
